After majoring in French at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Shunsuke studied abroad in France. He advises clients in Japanese, English, and French and has handled numerous matters involving French companies and clients from French-speaking jurisdictions.
His practice focuses on commercial registrations related to corporate activity, including company incorporations, changes of officers, relocations of head offices, capital increases, the issuance of share options, and registrations arising from M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. He also provides practical support to foreign and foreign-affiliated companies with registration procedures in Japan.

After majoring in Portuguese at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Megumi studied abroad in Brazil. Her practice covers a broad range of registration procedures in Japan, with a particular focus on real estate, commercial, and inheritance registrations.
She assists individuals and companies with ownership transfers in connection with real estate transactions, the creation and cancellation of mortgages, changes of registered ownership following inheritance, company incorporations, changes of officers, relocations of head offices, capital increases, and the issuance of share options.
In addition to English, she also assists clients in French and Portuguese. She provides clear, attentive support for registration and inheritance procedures involving foreign nationals, overseas residents, and foreign companies.
